2017 Nanfang International Forum - Research Advances in Kidney Disease & Nephrology Academic Annual Meeting of Guangdong Medical Association shall be held in Huadu District, Guangzhou from November 30 to December 3, 2017. As one of the commemorative activities on centenary of Guangdong Medical Association, the meeting is hosted by Guangdong Medical Association and organized by Guangdong Association of Nephrology. The meeting provides an excellent opportunity for the majority of medical staff in exchanging experiences in diagnosis and treatment of current progress in kidney disease in the aim of mutual exchange and cooperation, and common progress. Professor Thomas Coffman from Duke University, Professor Wolfgang Winkelmayer, Professor Yanlin Wang from Baylor College of Medicine, Professor Christopher Wilcox from Georgetwon University, Professor Mingyu Liang from Wisconsin School of Medicine, Alfred Cheung from Utah University and Professor Lan Huiyao from Chinese University of Hong Kong, 7 internationally famous experts and more than 20 famous domestic experts for thematic lectures and discussions. We hope to promote the development of nephrology in our province and improve the prevention and treatment of kidney disease by the exchanges and interaction. Welcome all the clinicians, nurses, graduate students and personnel engaged in relevant work. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. The Conference time: November 30 - December 3, 2017, last for 4 days. Register at 14:30 on November 30, 2017; academic conference from November 30 to December 3; and evacuate at 14:00 on December 3. 
II. Conference Location: Crown Banquet Hall on the first floor of Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Huadu, (Address: No.189, Yingbin Avenue, Huadu District, Guangzhou; switchboard: 020-36900888).
III. The charges: 1. RMB 1,000 / person in total for on-site registration fees and training fees (including information fees, tuition fees and venue fees); RMB 500 / person for training fees of graduate students and nurses with valid documents. 2. Accommodation standards: RMB 500 / night / room, RMB 250 / night / bed. Board and lodging are arranged, and expenses can be reimbursed back to the unit. 
IV. Credit granted: Formal participants are eligible for credits of national continuing medical education (Please bring your medical education card for credits registration, which can only be granted on the scene and not be accorded after the meeting).
V. Other information: On the afternoon of November 30, the Sixth Committee Meeting of the Ninth Guangdong Association of Nephrology was held at the Crowne Plaza in Huadu, Guangzhou. Committee members are invited to attend on time. For more details, please refer to the notice.
